Transformation Consultant

Increasingly our clients are looking for valued partnerships and expertise to help them develop innovative solutions to complex transformation problems. Within BPO Services the Business Insight & Analytics (BIA) team provides our BPO clients with expertise and resources to transform end-to-end back-office processes. BIA develops the BPO products, deploy the products and support our clients’ transformation needs. The team work mainly with existing clients but some of their time also spend supporting new sales to acquire BPO clients.

We are looking for high calibre individuals with the practical experiences in BPO and/or Transformation Consulting. You will be part of one of the world leading BPO practices and will work for the biggest multinational organizations in diverse industries. You will help our Clients redefine and optimise their support functions, develop visions, improve operations and systems and drive performance in Finance, Accounting, Procurement and HR. You will be encouraged and have the licence to develop new ways of delivering value to our BPO clients.

Job Description:

• Working with our BPO clients and internal delivery teams to analyse, design and roll-out key back-office processes and systems as well as support and present the review of Functional strategies/operations and options.
• Data gathering, process analysis and leading process practices identification and implementation
• Basic project and stream management
• Planning the transformation programme
• Supporting BPO new tools and methods development and product entry to the market
• Developing knowledge of various sectors and identification and development of sell-on opportunities

Candidate’s profile:

• Track record of strong project delivery.
• Experience of working in a major BPO organisation and/or consulting company (preferably transformation consulting)
• End-to-end thinking and high analytical skills
• A focus on results and a flexible, ‘can–do’ approach
• Advanced MS Office
• Good understanding of the back-office processes (preferably finance and accounting)

• Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

• Fluency in English, both written and oral
• Flexible working hours – can work from home when not required in the office or at a client location
