Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Team Leader Project Accounting German Speaker

Ref. no TL/PA/KRK

Job Description:

•Managing the dedicated Project Accounting team

•Responsible for performance monitoring

•Responsible for desire outcome of the process

•Have a supportive approach towards the Project Managers, Finance and Business Control Teams

•Support the Project Managers in budget, invoicing and cost control

•Analyzing the team’s work – reporting to the countries.

•Making sure that the team members have required and needed knowledge

•Active information distribution to team members

•Managing KPIs and perform necessary actions when the actual level is below the target

Candidate’s profile:

•Very good German, good English

•Experience in F&A; Controlling area

•Very good analytical skills

•Background in Accounting/Finance/Economics

•Client focused attitude

•Teamwork approach

•High motivation
