Opis stanowiska pracy

Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Team Leader Project Accounting English Speaker

Job Description:

•Lead and manage the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the Client up to agreed SLA’s within the following scopes of work:

◦project accounting & administration from project set up and cost capture to invoicing and revenue recognition

◦project accounting and control

◦project result overview and review with Business control

◦reconciliation of BS accounts (sub-contractors and WIP/BIA) according to set time plans

•Manage day-to-day team and client issues  

•Work closely with the client focusing on continuously developing business relationships

•Ensure effective people and process management

•Act in accordance to the high quality work standards

•Proactively identify potential process improvements

•Ensure Lean Model Office development in the team

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Experienced Team Leaders are welcome to apply

•Very good knowledge of English language (Norwegian will be an asset)

•Experience in team supervision

•Good communication and relationship-building skills with client-focus attitude

•Good knowledge of OTC processes and end-to-end FAO processes is an significant asset

•Knowledge of Oracle environment is a an advantage

•Good analytical skills

•Well organized and willing to cooperation with a “can do” attitude
