Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

 

Junior Customer Service Specialist / Customer Service Specialist Italian Speaker

Ref. no JCS/CSS/It/KRK

 

Job Description:

•Service delivery

•Preparing DTP & PM for the processes

•Playing the role of subject matter expert

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Fluent Italian 

•Communicative English

•Customer Service experience

•Ability to bring an answer quickly and efficiently

•Ability to explain, argument and convince

•Ability to organize information and act to meet Customers (Partners and Clients) needs

•Ability to organize his work in compliance with the operational procedures  and quality system

•At least 1 year of experience in Insurance / Finance

•Experience in mapping and writing procedures would be an asset
