Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Krakow we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Junior Accountant Spanish and Portuguese Speaker

Job Description:

•Handling inbound and outbound calls, e-mails, faxes, and letters from employees, vendors, customers and approved third parties

•Analyzing root causes of problems related to Accounts Payable and Travel&Expense postings

•Maintaining good relationship and collaborating with other departments and centres in order to resolve the issues effectively

•Maintaining good relationship with customers, suppliers and stakeholders

 

 

Candidate’s profile:

•University or college degree, or during studies

•Fluent Spanish

•Good knowledge of Portuguese and English

•Good analytical skills

•Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

•Experience with SAP would be an advantage
