Opis stanowiska pracy

Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Junior Accountant German or French Speaker in OTC

Ref. no JA/Ger/Fr/OTC

 

 

We are looking for candidates, who are ready to take part in the transition of Order to Cash processes.

The scope involved covers processes: Cash application, Dispute Management, Customer Master Data and Order Processing.

The following working hours spread for the delivery team should be considered 8:00-19:00.

 

Job Description:

Transition phase:

•Develop an understanding of the current state processes

•Perform Order to Cash daily tasks on site initially in legacy systems (Dispute Management, Master Data, Cash Application, Order Processing, etc.)

•Validate the existing procedures and test new solutions

•Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the Order to Cash area

•Prepare process maps and desktop procedures

•Establish very good relationship with the client

Delivery phase:

 

•Research and resolve dispute cases

•Conduct variance analysis and research claims

•Process incoming payments, offsets, reversals and other requests

•Reconcile AR cash balances

•Perform Customer Master Data and Order Processing tasks

•Perform other AR duties

•Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Very good English skills

•Fluent knowledge of one (or more) of the following languages is a must: German or French

•SAP knowledge will be an advantage

•Good analytical skills

•Ability to enhance process and controls

•Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude

•Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach

•Teamwork approach

•Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change

•Ability to work under pressure

•Experience in OTC area and transition experience will be an asset
