Opis stanowiska pracy

Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

IT Concept Consultant

Ref. no IT/KRK

 

Successful candidate will support Change Management process, including issue resolution, change implementations and will cooperate within global virtual team (local and global support groups, 3rd Party Suppliers) and ensure that personal, team and global goals are met. 

 

Job Description:

•Managing internal Change Management process

•Managing timelines regarding issue resolutions and change implementations

•Cooperate with / manage 3rd Party Suppliers

•Coordinate cooperation with global and local support instances

•Support implementation of MDC Concept in Engagements globally

 

Candidate’s profile:

Core skills: 

•IT related Education

•Good technical knowledge of Ubuntu Linux (Expert level knowledge is a plus)

•In-depth knowledge of general IT / BPO infrastructure and solutions

•Good Change Management knowledge (good ITIL knowledge is a plus)

•Experience in managing 3rd Party Suppliers

•Coordination of multiple activities

•Very Good command of English both written and verbal

Additional skills:

•Basic / medium programming skills (JavaScript, GoogleScript)

•Experience in application development

•Background in local support

•Experience in working in global, multicultural team

•Very good time management and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously
