Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Implementation Specialist Spanish Speaker

Ref. no IS/ENG&SP/KRK

 

As an Implementation Specialist you will focus on technical integrations of our customer’s business document flow with our procurement and transaction applications. You will act as a project manager and you will be responsible of testing and setting up new integrations according to the agreed time plans. The role also includes some pre-sales activities and issue resolution of current connections to some extent. 

As an Implementation Specialist you will also work with one of the core services at Capgemini Procurement Services – on boarding suppliers to our customer’s e-procurement solutions. An Implementation Specialist is the main interface to the suppliers and responsible of the activation process, i.e. small projects with a lead time from three weeks to two months.

 

Job Description:

•Lead Supplier Activation projects following standard processes

•Train suppliers in the tools and applications included in IBX platform

•Requests from activated suppliers in our supplier network

•Participate in supplier summits and start-up meetings with buyers and suppliers

•Lead quality improvement projects towards customer

•Work with continuous improvements of internal processes and routines

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Fluency in English and Spanish is a must

•Fluency in any Nordic language will be an advantage

•Technical experience with basic skills within most of the following areas:

◦XML and XML-schemas

◦Standard internet protocols

◦Integration platforms i.e. WebMethods or Biztalk

•Experience of project management is meriting

•Client and value adding mindset

•Open minded and a positive attitude

•Good social and communicative skills

•Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working

•Ability to take own initiatives and be the driving force within supplier activations
