Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

 

Graphic and Motion Designer

We are currently looking for a candidate who would like to join the Editorial Design and Graphics Experts Team (internal creative agency for sales and marketing within Capgemini), working out of our Krakow office. As part of the team, the candidate will work closely with an international, internal client base, on projects such as large bids, sales positioning, product management, global and regional marketing, to provide high quality, differentiating, creative support.

 

Job Description:

•Work closely with clients to translate client brief into a creative brief

•Work collaboratively with team members to develop creative concepts and execute print, interactive, web campaigns and videos

•Develop print-ready documents, high-end presentations, animations and videos

•Exceed client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Proficiency in Adobe graphic design suite (chiefly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

•Power user of Adobe After Effects, and other motion design sw/apps

•Following skills will be considered a plus: 3D, MacOS literate

•Fluency in written and spoken English required

•Preferred experience in marketing/advertising agency or similar (4 years minimum)

•Preference that the candidate has experience working with international clients and/or some years experience working in native English speaking countries
