Opis stanowiska pracy

Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2100 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Finance & Accounting Process Analyst Spanish Speaker (Transition)

 

Ref. no FAPA/Spa/TR/KRK

 

 

Job Description:

•Correct and timely processing financial data

•Verification and reconciliation of financial accounts

•Correct and timely reporting

•AR reconciliations

•Perform Customer Master Data and Order Processing tasks

•Perform other AR duties

•Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Ability to travel to Spain for 4 – 8 weeks for transition (with the option for extending it)

•Fluent knowledge of Spanish

•Good knowledge of English

•Good analytical skills

•Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

•Attention to details

•Experience in AR and Cash&Bank would be an asset
