Opis stanowiska pracy

Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

We are currently looking for a candidate who would like to join the Editorial Design and Graphics Experts Team (internal creative agency for sales and marketing within Capgemini). As part of the team, the candidate will work closely with an international, internal client base, on projects such as large bids, sales positioning, product management, global and regional marketing, to provide high quality, differentiating, creative support.

 

EXPERIENCED GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Description:

•Translate client brief into a creative brief

•Creative concept development and execution for print, interactive, direct mail, web campaigns and potentially video

•Layout of collateral: brochures, white papers, success stories, catalogues, posters and other

•Develop print-ready versions of documents

•Develop high-end presentations

•Create video storyboards and scripts for interactive marketing

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Strong graphic, design and DTP skills

•Preferably Bachelor or Master in Marketing or Communications; proven professional experience will be more important than educational degree

•Preferred experience in marketing/advertising agency or similar (4 years minimum)

•Must be power user of Adobe graphic design suite (chiefly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXpress)

•Must be power user of MS Powerpoint

•Must be MacOS literate

•3D skills

•Preference that the candidate has experience working with international clients and/or some years experience working in native English speaking countries

•Fluency in written and spoken English required

•Following skills will be considered a plus:

•Knowledge of technical issues behind video production: video editing, compositing, music editing and compositing

•Ability to create concept sketches and rendering on pre-production process

•Competence in Adobe After Effects

•Expertise in multimedia design and e-marketing

•Must enjoy working in a creative environment

•Must be an excellent team player

•Must enjoy working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven work setting

•Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

•Must be open to continuously upgrading skills to keep abreast of new evolutions in graphic design tools and capabilities
