Capgemini BPO Business Insight & Analytics team is the management consulting discipline of Capgemini BPO Services, we offer diagnosis and transformation support through understanding specific customer needs in all business sectors.

 

Currently, to our BPO Business Insight & Analytics teamwe are looking for candidates for the position of:

BPO Process Expert

We are looking for the BPO Process Experts with strong knowledge of at least one of the processes: P2P, O2C, R2R who will have opportunity to provide our BPO clients with expertise to transform end-to-end processes.

Increasingly our clients are looking for valued partnerships and expertise to help them develop innovative solutions to complex transformation problems. You will help our clients improve operations and drive performance in Finance, Accounting and Procurement.

 

Job Description:

·         Working with our BPO clients to analyse, design and roll-out key processes

·         Data gathering, process analysis and leading process identification and implementation

·         Run projects align with PMO methodology

·         Create  process maps and desktop procedures and ensure of a greater quality of DTP development especially in complex, judgmental areas

·         Support transformation and standardization processes

·         Co-operate with transition team members

·         Prepare and conduct benchmarking, including analysis of key differences impacting process performance, efficiency and effectiveness

·         Prepare and conduct workshops with the clients

 

Candidate’s profile:

·         Work experience in a BPO organisation

·         Deep knowledge concerning at least one of the processes P2P, O2C, R2R

·         End-to-end thinking and high analytical skills

·         A focus on results and a flexible, ‘can–do’ approach

·         Ability to work independently

·         Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

·         Ability to develop and hold relationships at all levels of the client’s company

·         Fluency in English, both written and oral

·         Advanced MS Office

·         Flexible working hours – can work from home when not required in the office or at a client location

·         Ability to travel at short notice
