Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

 

Bid and Proposal Controller French Speaker

We are looking for a Bid and Proposal Controller for supporting the sales team in the development of the new business. The Bid Controller will be in charge the financial engineering and the contractual clauses for all of the new businesses and all of the contract renewals.

 

Job Description:

•Single point of contact for all financial cost issues relating to the specific bid controlled

•In charge of Spade “S” status and booking controls

•Be a support and a partner to the sales Department

•Validate all of the Business Case and insure that Group guidelines are correctly applied

•In charge of the booking validation and sales funnel follow up

•Propose innovative financial options (financial engineering)

•Challenge the bid teams to assure a successful bid execution

•Prepare and update reports and presentations in bid review meetings

•Contribute in Risk & Opportunities discussion

•Ensure inclusion of costs related to import duties, customs, VAT, or any other related taxes

•Support Bid Manager and Contracts commercial negotiations and prepare proposal contract terms and conditions

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance

•Minimum 3/4 years of experience in finance role in project environment

•Strong knowledge of advanced functions of Microsoft Excel

•Ability to manage detail as well as having a global picture

•Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and stick to the deadlines

•Capability of prioritizing in order to meet strict deadlines

•Fluent French

•Good command of English

•Excellent communicator and open mind
