Opis stanowiska pracy

Capgemini Business Process Outsourcing is one of the first and the biggest outsourcing center in Poland providing services in 28 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. BPO employs over 2200 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.                

Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Accountant Spanish Speaker

New and interesting opportunity to work with a worldwide leader in Media & Entertainment.

We are looking for candidates, who are ready to take part in the transition of Procure to Pay processes (invoice processing, payment execution, vendor master data maintenance, vendor queries, PO creation, reports preparation (transition will take about 1 month beginning of March 2012) and then work in delivery organization providing services.              

 

Job Description:

Transition phase: 

•Develop an understanding of the current state processes

•Validate the existing procedures and test new solutions

•Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the Procure to Pay area

•Prepare process maps and desktop procedures

•Establish very good relationship with the client

Delivery phase:

 

•Purchase order creation

•GR/IR reconciliation

•Payment execution

•Invoice processing

•Vendor Master maintenance (Handle e-mail and phone vendor queries in Spanish)

•Report preparation

•Analysis of vendor account

•Cooperation with Procurement and Finance team

•Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship

 

Candidate’s profile:

•Good  Spanish language

•Knowledge about Procure to Pay processes (AP, Procurement)

•At least intermediate level of English language

•Other European languages will be an asset

•Good analytical skills

•Good Customer Service skills and Teamwork approach

•Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change

•SAP knowledge will be an advantage

•Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach

•Ability to work under pressure
