Invidia HR is a dynamically expanding agency specializing in recruitment and human resources services (Registry number 6696). Our services include Professional Recruitment Process execution for all levels of management, for temporary recruitment, BPO/SSC Recruitment, and payroll and personnel outsourcing.


Currently for one of our clients, a big international outsourcing company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

 

Accountant (Account Payable ) – Danish or Finnish 

(Job place: Kraków)

(Ref no: AP/22/07 )

 

Job description

 

  • Processing invoices/manual entries into accounting system
  • Processing and allocating supplier credit notes
  • Escalating unmatched invoices to relevant departments
  • Preparation of payment and invoices from suppliers
  • Contact with the client
  • Maintaining a good atmosphere in the department
  • Co-operation with auditors

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent Danish or Finnish
  • Fluent English
  • 1-3 years work experience in AP area
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting
  • Very Good knowledge of AP processes
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Transition experience would be an asset
  • High interpersonal skills
