Opis stanowiska pracy

Invidia HR is a dynamically expanding agency specializing in recruitment and human resources services (Registry number 6696). Our services include Professional Recruitment Process execution for all levels of management, for temporary recruitment, BPO/SSC Recruitment, and payroll and personnel outsourcing.


Currently for one of our clients, a big international outsourcing company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

 

Account Receivable Analyst – Danish

(Job place: Kraków)

Job description:

 

  • gather and analyze necessary data to generate position on customers’ acocunts;
  • contact customers to initiate and progress cash collection (collection calls, emails etc.);
  • maintain documentation of collection activity;
  • support team in area of Customer Relationship (respond to external and internal queries, escalate issues, communicate customers’ feedback etc.)

 

Requirements:

 

  • Danish: Fluent
  • English: Strong communicative
  • Degree in economy
  • 1 – 3 years work experience preferably in AR area
  • open-minded with strong communication skills and positive attitude to work;
  • able to work under time and result pressure;
  • must be willing to travel up to 10-12 weeks to the Netherlands (transition);
  • preferred some experience in Collection or Customer Relationship;
  • experience in SAP would be an asset;
  • high interpersonal skills
